Changes to EIMS Server Light 3.2.10

• Fixed bug where referals from a DNS that had no additional records were being treated as a "no records" response
• Fixed password server not responding for user names in non-local domains
• Auto-reply files are now opened read only rather than read/write
• Fixed IMAP FETCH parameter truncation bug
